It has come to our attention that some companies are sending letters to home warranty plan holders requesting immediate payment from homeowners in order to maintain their home warranty coverage. These letters may even list the mortgage company to gain your confidence and then attempt to charge you thousands of dollars for inferior coverage.
DON'T TAKE THE BAIT! Reputable companies do not use scare tactics to obtain renewals.
